I mean I'll have to see for myself but from what I've seen it works better than anything else really. For example looks at that anton verada guy from tiktok or @Mandibulary 's transformation with it

I also got it for my malar fat pad!
But the main issue with UC is that it creates soundwaves, which especially if close to a bone will shake the bone and skull which can give you bad/permanent tititus, comoletely burst your eardrums and make you deaf or cause retinal detachment from it if you shake your skull too much
This is not nice since the malar pad is surrounded by and close to ALOT of bones and the head for the UC device has a 7cm diameter. So you can't even realky hit the middle and upper part of it well (at least thats what I think) because you can't have it on your bones.
So that's why I'll be trying to tape those cardboard things I made on the surrounding bones so I'll be able to go over the bones alongside the tsrget are without actually hitting my bones
I have no idea if this will work tho
And also puff my cheeks or smile to get the fat there further from the bones
As for nose I have no idea but if anything you could only do the tip

It does, but I havent really looked into it and tried it yet. UC is my goal, RF I'll try later as a little side thing
But I think it can get hot and you need an infrared thermometer for it to measure, bought one myself today
