Does anyone else have this problem? When I get bloated, not only does my face get puffy but I get strange UEE exposure. You’d think bloat would give you less UEE but in some cases according to chatgpt:

When you’re bloated, especially from water retention, the fluid doesn’t just go to your stomach — it can accumulate in your face, including:

• Periorbital area (around the eyes)
• Upper eyelids
• Eyebrows and temples

Now here’s the key:
When your face swells even slightly, it can subtly pull the skin around your eyes tighter, making your upper eyelids look more exposed. It’s like puffiness everywhere else pushes the eyelid skin outward.

Alternatively, if your cheeks or brow area swell, it can create a kind of “tightening” effect that lifts the brow/eyelid a bit — making the upper eyelid crease more visible.”

TLDR: if you’re a perpetual bloattard with UEE maybe losing bf and losing bloat would reduce your UEE exposure.

Well the solution is to not overindulge in sodium while simultaneously eating lots of carbs. I eat tons of carbs but I make sure not to eat too much processed things with high sodium and I do daily cardio along with drinking 1 gallon of water
