The two main orbital sutures are the rontomaxillary suture and the frontoethmoidal suture. Placing tractional forces on both of these sutures (using both thumbs) for 3-10 minutes daily can loosen the surrounding structures, fascia, and the suture itself.

When a suture is loosened, the bones that the suture surrounds have easier adaptation. A loosened orbital suture will allow for better orbital movement from thumbpulling exercises.

Especially when moving the maxilla forward with loosened orbital sutures, you will see far better results in the eye area.

I feel like knowing certain brain rot BP terms isn't that bad, compared to more people actually implementing the looksmaxxes even at the very basic level (I use bad here as in competition rising, which Clav alluded to in his recent video). The latter at least from what I see is probably rising but not that drastically
