UEE reduction

I have noticable UEE but it's only prominent on camera, i dont see it in the mirror, so im just going to assume that my uee is not ideal. is there a way to like minimize it without looking like an autist or do i just not reproduce?

I have topical minoxidil, but i havent been using it on my eyelashes, just my brows. I try to apply it to my eyelashes but it keeps getting in my eyes and it burns like a mug. I have considered buying 2.5mg, but i have read that it bloats terribly. do yk how to apply to eyelashes without begging for mercy afterwards
