Eyes and lips mog. Also nose huge falio(fixable with rhino and you will mog), and change haircut, not coping. Unless you want to LARP as sort of goth.

Your smile looks good as is, you already seem pretty lean but if you lose more body fat and debloat, your nose will get smaller too
