I’ve been trying to move beyond OTC retinol for long-term skin quality and follicle health, but getting prescribed actual tretinoin has been harder than expected.

Most online clinics seem to require pretty obvious/severe acne before they’ll approve it, even when you’ve already done 12+ months of OTC retinoids with minimal improvement.

I ended up just ordering 30g Treclin (clindamycin 1% and tretinoin 0.025% ) for like £41 ( not sure if that's a good price :feelspepo:) as a workaround since it contains tretinoin, but that’s obviously more of an induction option rather than a permanent solution.

How are other UKcels sourcing tret? Whjat's the best approach or services people have found reliable?

Curious how other UK members are navigating the medical system for long-term retinoid use.
Are there particular approaches or services people have found reliable when your goals are skin quality, aging prevention, and follicle environment (rather than just acne suppression?_)

I bought my latisse from there and they've been around for over a decade. you can search the site on reddit and see how long its been around.

Update: I made my skin look worse and sent it to an online UK pharmacy, got 0.025% Tret 30g, but it was like £100
