Nobody thinks low T is a good thing just look at the amount of research done on male baldness. I would expect any condition that threatens masculinity to get immense research and resource dedication so I don't understand why it's so hard to give out surgery for this.

Ignoring the chud rage most of what you said is probably right. Trannies get free surgery btw which I consider less important compared to varicoceles which affect 10-15% of the male population.
