if you go via the NHS its going to be harder since you will probably not see a consultant & the prescribing guidelines are more strict since it costs them money to prescribe it to you. However if you go via private i think if you find the right doctor they could be slightly more lenient

No they won't. Just goes to show your autism theories vs reality. Private doctors will want you to find out about yourself and be careful with who they are dealing with mental-health-wise before proceeding. No different from NHS in terms of it being a straight line. Ok, sorry, it would take less time since NHS is on an infinite backlog.
i didnt say they are going to give it if they cant justify it, I said they will be more lenient, if you are on the borderline for GH deficiency on the NHS they may want to watch and wait but if you go privatly they may prescribe it.
