ukraine already violated the ceasefire agreement towards the donbas as well as interference with crimea, that was the entire casus belli for the war, so thinking ukraine will just stop all military activity in spite of the historical trend is plain retarded. ukraine is losing so they are not in a position to bargain anything or compel a russian retreat, their refusal to accept ceasefire is the only reason people are dying.
