If you open most sources that you can find online and look at the deaths you would find numbers ranging between 30-80 thousand for the Ukrainian side and 200-400 thousand for the russian side.

Even if we assume that Ukrainians die 1 for every 10 russians, Ukrainians still suffer a greater loss, because their fighters are not russian rapists, alcoholics and drug addicts looking to make a few bucks from killing people, but actual decent people worth a damn, fighting for their land.

No exaggeration here, lots of people in the AFU seem to be highly educated and middle class whereas most soldiers fighting for Moscow are nothing more than mercs: they're either too young or too old, often with criminal histories, usually incredibly poor, coming from depressed regions--Wagner for example was just a glorified penal unit--anyone more HQNP than this has already fled to a normal country.
