I’m bloated, gained little weight, I was sick and im still kind of sick, and I look like shit to be honest compared to what I looked like before. School starts soon for me 2 September. And before that im gonna do several things -
water fasting for few days/ eating really low calorie food.
cutting out all salt and sugar, drinking only water and milk sometimes.
no fap and Il see if it actually makes any difference.
Cardio (sprinting), and some exercise so my muscles don’t atrophy.
Basically debloating and leanmaxxing.
Fully normalise my sleep.
I’m little less than 5’9, like 5’8.5. 15, and 64kg.
