Ultimate deslop seciating diet (400-600cal per day) if you need to desperately cut

This shouldnt be done back to back to back. This is an ermegency deslopifying if you ate out yesterday or just ate a lot yesterday and want to maintain your cutting journey.

NEEDED :

Green Tea or any tea of your liking
Pepsi Max/Coca cola zero (whatever u prefer)
7kcal jelly pots

You could probably find your own in the store
Fatty Fish (salmon) or Beef steak to get some sort of vitamins to end cravings
Fruits

Breakfast :

Your fish or meat of choice, make sure you flavour it real nice with spices, (i used chilli for mine) and cook in butter

I had something liek this, it was around 500 calories. (MAKE SURE EAT THE BOTTOM OF THE FISH OTHERWISE U WILL GET CRAZY CRAVINGS) same goes for beef, preferably get some beef that has some fat around it, its usually more expensive. Eat with ketchup (ketchup is low calorie) so enjoy as much as you want. And drink a tea at the end of it.

Through out the day eat the jelly pots when hungry, and chug it down with a 0 calorie beverage of ur choice.

Around final hours of the day you may get insane cravings, if u do, eat an apple, and eat a jelly box again with some green tea.

At times can cut like 0.7kg within a day. Risks are minimal since your getting a lot of the needed minerals from the fish. If your concerned about muscle loss, you can opt for jelly with protein, and maybe include a couple more apples.
