1. NEONTENY

Neoteny in humans is the retention of juvenile features well into adulthood. This trend is greatly amplified in humans especially when compared to non-human primates.

And for the Mongoloid Race (ie Chinese heritage) to “seem youngish” face wise, there is a direct explanation: their biological lower nose bridge, because it makes the entire face “more flat” (and this is visible from the side profile of face). In addition, this trait, or “flatter face” (in the nose / forehead area) is also prevalent in babies and very young children of other races too. But in case or Caucasians, the nose bridge becomes “higher” in the child’s development. It’s a small point, but apparently our brain reacts in recognizing people with lower nose bridge as “really young”. In addition, if you look up (anywhere) Mongoloid race (and its specifics) you will read that the neoteny is always attributed to the lower nose bridge.

As predicted, there was a significant cross-cultural tendency for females to associate masculinity with aggression. All groups chose masculine male faces as “least prosocial/most aggressive”

TL;DR : East Asian retain more baby features into adulthood , less sexual dimorphism , less masculine

2.EYES

This is the most understood part about east asian eyes

HOODED EYES =/= MONOLID =/= HUNTER EYES

HOODED EYES:

The epicanthic fold is often associated with greater levels of fat deposition around the eyeball, a feature most accentuated in native North Siberian, Aleut and Inuit populations. The adipose tissue is thought to provide greater insulation for the eye and sinuses from the effects of cold, especially from freezing winds, and to represent an adaptation to cold climates. It has also been postulated that the fold itself may provide a level of protection from snow blindness.

Monolid eyes are most common in people of East Asian descent. However, people of other races with horizontal, elongated eyes may also have monolids.

What’s more, some individuals with larger eyelid hoods may appear to have monolids. These are referred to as hooded monolids. The skin folds over the visible crease, giving the appearance of a monolid.

LASTLY, HUNTER EYES

Hunter eyes are called hunter eyes because they resemble the eyes of hunter animals.

They are alluring eyes, vertically narrow, deeply set, hooded, with a positive canthal tilt and an interpupil distance (IPD) within the normal range. The hoodedness of these kinds of eyes comes from a combination of a protruding brow ridge, fat tissue above the eyes, and solid 'under-eye' support caused by robust cheekbones and square orbital sockets.

Basically , hunter eyes = Cheekbone +hooded + deepset + brownridge + minimal upper eyelid exposure + positive canthal tilt and other shit idk.
