SleepMaxx Guide

If your struggling to
SLEEP it is because your Circadiam Rythym is shit,
in this guide i will go over to fix it.

I. How The Circadiam Rythym Works.

The Circadiam Rythym is your bodys internal clock, its located in the "hypothalamus" It acts as your bodys main conductor. It processes light from your eyes and it signals to the brain whether its night or day.
If your eyes view any type of blue light, itll think its day. Then Vice Versa.

II. Why Is my Sleep Being Ruined?

Well your sleep can be ruined by alot of things but, the main issue is that your Circadiam Rythym is off-set.

Here's some reason's why it could be OFF-SET:

Artificial Bluelight At Night: Exposing yourself to devices at night makes your body think it's day
but in reality it's night, this will disrupt your sleep.

Inconsistent Sleep Schedule: Having an Inconsistent Sleep Schedule, your body prefers an consistent
sleep schedule if you fail to do this,
your overal sleep quality will be worse.

Not Watching The Sunset: When your Not Watching The Sunset causes your internal clock to fail to signal to your brain that the day is ending, which delays the release of melatonin and makes it harder to fall asleep

There's alot more reasons, but these are the Important ones.

III. How to Fix My Sleep?

The Best Way To Fix Your Internal clock is:
Sleepmask: Wearing a sleepmask while your sleeping blocks out any bluelight.
Colour Filters: If your using ur phone at night make sure to activate colour filters to block out most blue light.
Watch the sunset: This sets ur rythym, watching the night start will allow ur body to know when its night [obviously]
Eating: Make sure you eat 3 hours before bed.
Sunlight: Get 3-4hours of sunlight daily to help your body set the clock.
Diet: Your diet influences your sleep, make sure your eating an animal based diet.

Never use melatonin! It blocks natural melatonin from producing in simple terms.

What has helped me the most is carbs before bed. It's the only thing that has helped my insomnia in 10 years.
Specifically Kellogs tresor hazelnut with milk.

Diet isnt cope, and melatonin is, if you take melatonin your body will stop produciing it over time lol

Might want to do a quick Google search before making a thread on something you know absolutely nothing about mate (y).

Low carbs = stress during sleep, according to sources.
I guess the insulin helps your body put melatonine into your brain.

Could be due to hypoglycemia if fast acting carbs help you before heading to bed, I've had that issue before because my blood sugar dropped too low before bed

not really it's more about blood sugar levels. when you're super hungry and your blood sugar level gets really low cortisol starts spiking and cortisol is what's upregulated naturally to even wake you up in the day
