Whats your take for maintaining low body fat?The fastest way you can shed fat without DNP is simply creating the largest deficit possible which is doing a PSMF diet with Cagrilintide.
Nothing will come close to DNP, especially when paired with anabolics.

I've gotten very lean before (6-7%) when I was younger but I did a lot of aerobic sports when which just makes it hard to stay super lean cause you get hella grehlin spikes.You shouldn't have problems maintaining with Reta. I did lots as well due to playing sport competitively up to around 18 years old, though it drastically decreased at about 16.5/17. Was very lean always from the ages of below 16. Just some low-moderate intensity cardio will be enough, nothing excessive.
