Im looking for a stack though
Reta and a stimulant are the two main things you need.

TBH reta is all you really need.

If you want a complete stack that will totally nuke all hunger here you go

Reta 1-2mg/week
Cagri .125-.25mg/week
Adderall depends
Reta and adderall

personally not a fan of reta.

i use adderall xr
nicotine on occasion
caffeine ( in form of carbonated drinks )
small eating window push late into the day

i find prolonged fasting has actually killed my ghrelin ( hunger hormone ) over time, as well actually shrunk my overall stomach volume, i simply cant eat as much as i used to.
and the mirror bruh, will power and goal setting. remembering you are actively changing the homeostatic state of the body.

I agree, he asked for the ultimate stack

Cagri/Reta can also be helpful for some if they want more appetite suppression than reta offers while not taking a super high dose of reta

ive also used yohimbine in high doses, fucking nuked my appetite. made me dizzy and soaked w cold sweats, similar feeling to dnp without being a actual furnace

The fastest way you can shed fat without DNP is simply creating the largest deficit possible which is doing a PSMF diet with Cagrilintide.

Nothing will come close to DNP though, especially when paired with anabolics.

Whats your take for maintaining low body fat?

I think I should be good to maintain 10-11% on reta+stims no problem.

You shouldn't have problems maintaining with Reta. Just simply keep your calorie intake and appatite/cravings in check. There isn't much to it. Maintaining is the easier part.

Yeah makes sense. I've gotten very lean before (6-7%) when I was younger but I did a lot of aerobic sports when which just makes it hard to stay super lean cause you get hella grehlin spikes.

Now that I don't do cardio competitively I think it's gonna be a lot easier.

I doubt you were almost comp lean. I mean at 10% there should be veins on your actual abs themselves, striated quads etc.

I did lots as well due to playing sport competitively up to around 18 years old, though it drastically decreased at about 16.5/17. Was very lean always from the ages of below 16. I would literally only run now if I was being chased by a geezer with a knife JFL.

Just some low-moderate intensity cardio will be enough, nothing excessive. The amount of cardio I do when dieting usually decreases (aside from my step count), since I much rather remove calories from my diet as opposed to creating deficit with cardio.

Yeah you right I prolly wasn't that lean I bet I was closer to 8-9 I had the christmas tree striations in my back. I've got ab veins and striations rn at 10% ish but nothing in the lower back.

Yeah I haven't run since like 2023 :lul::lul::lul:

Totally agree, eating less is way easier than moving more. My main cardio is walking but I will do some high intensity biking too a few times a week just for fun.
