me too, my hair is very thin. Hairline isnt the best either anymore.
But dht is necessary when using topical fin and other way around.
If only one, you either get hairloss or you lose your hormones.

not really. But it does improve your nose a lot especially aqualyx which is the strongest (dont do it wrong it can make you blind)
also if you want to improve the sub chin area or get your oblique fat reduced like @Orc u can check his threads he explains it very well.

Because after 16 DHT is a meme, it serves no purpose other than to utterly rape your hair follicles into oblivion and ruin your skins elasticity
