In b4 Accutane DNR.

I’ve blasted Accutane but it’s by no means a permanent solution and will leave you with extra scarring and irritation.

I am severely autistic when it comes to this topic so here’s the straight to the point guide.

This guide will give you both natural and prescription methods to decimate acne and anti age yourself so you can look 20 at 40 years old.

FULL NATURAL STACK (for those who want only natural remedies)

Oral:
Zinc Picolinate 15mg
B-Complex (With at least 250mg Pantothenic Acid)
Beta Carotene (1-4 Capsules Per Day)

Topical
Morning:
Shower / Cleanse
Bakuchiol (optional)
Purito B5 Panthenol Barrier Serum
Carrot Seed Oil (as sunscreen replacement)

Night:
Shower / Cleanse
Bakuchiol
Purito B5 Panthenol Barrier Serum

NATURAL ORAL PRESCRIPTION TOPICAL (for those who don't wanna take anti-androgens)

Oral:
Zinc Picolinate 15mg
B-Complex (With at least 250mg Pantothenic Acid)
Beta Carotene (1-4 Capsules Per Day)

Topical
Morning:
Shower / Cleanse
EpiCeram Barrier Serum
SPF 50+ PA++++ Sunscreen

Night:
Shower / Cleanse
Adult Acnomel (Spot Treatment if needed)
Tretinoin 0.025% Cream (Monday Wednesday Friday)
EpiCeram Barrier Serum

FULL PRESCRIPTION STACK (for those who want the most effective option)

Oral:
(Male) Dutasteride 0.5mg Daily
(Female) Spironolactone 100mg Daily

Topical
Morning:
Shower / Cleanse
EpiCeram Barrier Serum
SPF 50+ PA++++ Sunscreen

Night:
Shower / Cleanse
Adult Acnomel (Spot Treatment if needed)
Tretinoin 0.025% Cream (Monday Wednesday Friday)
EpiCeram Barrier Serum

TRY THIS FOR SIX MONTHS; IF STILL GETTING ACNE ADD:
5mg-20mg Isotretinoin Daily

You can then maintain on 5mg daily or drop it all together once no new breakouts for two months.

Orals are most effective, especially prescription orals.

Topicals added in for anti-aging benefits and to fade scars / PIE.

They are best stacked together but still, just doing one is better than nothing.

Do any of these stacks for 6 months and your acne will be most likely completely gone (especially prescription stack).

you should also research topical anti androgens, such as RU58841 or clascosterone (this one was even FDA approved against acne in the cream winlevi, but many report that it's effectiveness drops after few months for some reason)

while b5 itself is a great tool in the fights against acne, many report hairloss & the exact mechanism is not known
that's why I recommend B-Complex with Biotin and Inositol (at least in the one I linked) to combat that. Also don't take more than 500mg per day.

winlevi does seem to be good stuff. the anecdotes I've seen on Reddit say people tend to have the acne come back worse in a couple months to a year which is odd. it's also pricey I heard without health insurance but yeah it is definitely something worth looking into.

i know a guy who stacks winlevi in the morning and tret at night and his skin is flawless. i think you have to keep winlevi in the fridge too or else it will lose it's effectiveness.

that's why I said there is no known mechanism, biotin and inositol is not guaranteed to prevent anything

but if you have a source on the mechanism of how b5 causes hairloss, and how biotin & inositol prevents it, then I'd gladly read it

btw, you are supposed to stack b5 with L-carnitine (https://jeffreydachmd.com/pantothenic-acid-vitamin-b5-for-acne/)

the anecdotes I've seen on Reddit say people tend to have the acne come back worse in a couple months to a year which is odd
yeah, I've read the same thing, not sure if it's an inherent property of CB-03-01 (clascosterone or breezula), or if it's due to the supposed quick degradation of the winlevi cream itself

however I think even the hairloss people report breezula to "stop working" after a period of time, but it's all random anectodal unverified data I'm not even sure I read correctly

either way, RU58841 seems to be a much stronger anti androgen, it comes out cheaper
pyrilutamide is another candidate

it's also pricey I heard without health insurance but yeah it is definitely something worth looking into.
thre's a number of places you can buy it from, but either as a pg solution, or as a raw powder

Can you post before after?

i've heard anecdotes of people who have suffered B5 related hairloss and inositol and dutasteride are the only things to reverse it as far as I know.

people theorize that it is an imbalance of B vitamins that leads to hairloss specifically biotin or B7.

i've never heard of anyone shed hair from taking a once daily b-complex. it seems to only be people who take upwards of 1500mg+ of pantothenic acid per day. hell even white monster has like 200mg pantothenic acid and people don't shed from drinking those eeryday. just don't overdo it and nothing will happen.

megadose of B5 is risky for that reason though and yes there is no known mechanism as to why the hairloss happens.

is there evidence of this working on skin? also where to buy? seems promising.

I scoured all mentions of b5 hairloss all over the internet, there is a maybe 80 page thread on acne.org, where a group of guys who got b5 induced hairloss discuss

but the tldr is: they don't know why it causes hairloss, they have tried inositol and many others very early in the thread, and the conclusion was that none of them fixed it - only fin/dut worked for some

my own take is that for many of those guys it could have kickstarted or worsened MPB, and that's why it seems so resistant to all kinds of treatment
but the bottom line is that it's a bit too dangerous to take if that's a possible scenario you have to deal with, it's like causing yourself a huge issue for which you have no information online because b5 itself is very niche

not direct evidence, but clascosterone is a very similar compound & that one is FDA approved for acne.
it does work on the skin since guys are using it to combat MPB
you can get it from anagenic, actimed-pharma, or actifolic
there are other sources, but they are all quite expensive compared to buying it from china

if we are talking about experimental treatments, my number one idea is to blast the steroid nandrolone
I'm very tempted to try it out, it seems like a top tier solution

Just take accutane

Its indeed a permanent solution, unless you have the 0.00001% shit genetics

It will be reversed once you stop with it

Dutasteride and inositol will not reverse it
