I'll keep this extremely simple and straight-forward; follow these steps to have Chico-like skin:
Lifestyle:
Due to the fact that Isotretinoin and Treclin (tretinoin + clindamycin) are medications, there are some side-effects; I'd like to state so far I have not encountered any side-effects, and all side-effects that are reported are rare and extreme, so if you're moderate with your medication, you should be fine
If you experience any side-effects, speak with your doctor immediately. The "sensitive to sunlight" side-effect with Tretinoin is overblown considering it's a sun-protectant; if you use SPF + avoid excessive sunlight exposure you should be fine
In extreme cases may you experience side-effects; try to seek help before reaching irreversible damage. However, most of you won't encounter these side-effects unless you have skin-allergies
Avoid Isotretinoin and Tretinoin if you're pregnant
- 8-10h of sleep (most important)
- CeraVe or Cetaphil Cleanser + Wash-off w/ Cold Water (1min, Morning)
- The Ordinary Caffeine Serum (dark circles)
- Moisturizer
- Sunscreen SPF50+
- Water
- Carrots, Avocados, Tomatoes
- Banana or Potassium Supp (3.5g potassium per day; 400mg in one banana iirc)
- Double Cleanse (Night)
- Massage Face with Oil-Based Cleanser on Dry Skin and Hands for 1min (Face should look/feel oily but no colour)
- Wet Hands and Massage Face for 1min (Face should look/feel soapy and white/colour)
- Wash-off with Cold Water
- Cleanse with CeraVe or Cetaphil for 1min
- Wash off with Cold Water
- 0.025% Tretinoin + 1% Clindamycin (Treclin), pea-sized amount
- 40mg Isotretinoin (0.5-1mg/kg; 60kg = 30-60mg)
- Moisturize 30min after Tretinoin
- 100% Volufiline under eye-bags mixed w/ moisturizer; 1 drop for both in total (not to be confused with 2 drops for 2)
- Vaseline on lips
- No sunscreen at night
- Multi-vitamins
- Vit D3
- Collagen (unnecessary saw no difference but there are some studies)
- Magnesium Bisglycinate
- Fish Oil (EHA, DHA)
Lifestyle:
- Avoid touching face
- Apply sunscreen everytime you go out
- Use umbrella if too sunny
- Avoid salty foods (sodium is an electrolyte you need some of it so don't completely avoid it)
- Avoid oily foods
- Avoid junk-foods (cheetos, doritos, etc)
- Avoid fast-foods
- Avoid processed-foods
- Consume complex-carbs
- Consume good fats
- Cardio
- LESS IS MORE! DO NOT PUT A SHIT TON OF CHEMICALS/PRODUCTS ON YOUR FACE
- Derma-rolling (saw benefits before I stopped)
- Gelatin - identical to collagen
- Chlorophyll drink - TikTok trend that showed amazing results, never tried it but will try it and lyk
- Gut shots - Apple Cider Vinegar + Black Pepper + Salt + Lemon Juice + Turmeric root + Ginger root; mix all these together and take 1-3 shots per day (never tried this but has shown some results, will try it)
