If you want to get rid of your retarded oily, dry, scarred or textured shit skin then follow these steps
-salicylic acid | this can remove texture, white heads, black heads and clogged
pores and is cheap
-a good cleanser can help with clogged pores and generall skin health
-a good mousteriser can help with dry skin
-icing the face can reduce inflammatory in the face which can make your face look
less puffy and makes your face look slimmer and more defined | ice for 2 mins then
break for 5 mins then ice again for another 2 mins
-eating pottasium rich foods such as bannanas, kiwis, potatoes, broccoli, spinach,
beans and many more
-try to remove dairy from your diet | this can cause you to break out
-reduce salt and sugar in your diet | this can cause you to break out
-wearing sunscreen can help with collagen production which will make your skin
look youthfull and smooth. It will also help with uv protection which will help
with reduced wrinkles. Also will make you tan instead of burn when you go out in
the sun (STLL WEAR SUNSCREEN IF YOU ARE BLACK OR BROWN)
