This ban really doesn't set a good precedent for the site for the foreseeable future. I think everyone should be able to judge what he actually posted and if he broke any rules. The ignore button exists for people who you don't want to see. If someone like him who posted innocuous shit with nothing illegal to it can get permabanned, it's only a slippery slope until you get banned for nothing at all
