Why do I always hear people glaze aqualyx when under chin lipo exists. Isn't that objectively better ROI? One session, instant results.

It is more expensive so probably only really fat niggas find it worth spending all the money for chin lipo as opposed to lean niggas DIY'ing couple aqualyx sessions, but what do I know
