Under Eye Support And Dark Spots Under Eyes

Can someone explain to me the idea of under eye support and what it truly is? Is it where your eye is tighter then other and when your maxila is so prominent that its right under your eyes making it look like you have bone and support under your eyes?

Also how would i improve discolouration/dark spots under eyes, due to the reason being just bad under eye genetics or hyperpigmentation. On top of that how would you improve your under eye support and make your eyes look supported.

if you want under eye support the only options are: fat graft, filler or implants
if you want to hide the genetic dark bags without this, you need either concealer of cc cream

Often lower eyelid retraction or canthoplasty aswell
