Yeah fuck, you see that tear through, that is sign of infraorbital recession at a big end. SOME people claimed luck with volufiline for the appearence of fat to stop the thinness of the under eye which stops the black and nasty tear through. I recommend ordinary eye lash serum minoxidil for both eyelashes and eyebrows then dye them. Use caffeine solution and vitamin C but ultimately implants or fat graft are your best bet.
