Underbite vs overbite

Is an underbite easier to correct than an overbite or is it the other way round?
And can an slight underbite be corrected through expanding the palette and bringing the maxilla forward and out? Very curious about this topic

I would rather have an overbite because moving around the mandible is easier than moving around the maxilla.

maxilla movements way more complicated than just bringing the lower jaw forward aesthetically speaking
