Undereye creases/circles and Lighting

In the mornings, the sunshine is blasting into my washrooms and is when there's prominent creases all over my under eye region, but in other artificial lighting, its not noticeable nearly to the same extent. Is this normal?

Window lighting is often worse than artificial depending on where it's coming from
