One of the most underrated and important features is face shape. Notice that every single conventionally attractive male seems to have almost a "home plate shape" to their face, defined by straight lines down the side of the face from the temples to the zygos with a little inward slant down to the gonion and then an aggresive, sharp jawline coming to a point at the chin. Meanwhile, a round face can ruin harmony or create a prepubescent look.
To get this shape:
1. Zygos augmentation (implant) or reduction (L-osteotomy) can move the zygos a couple millimeters inward or outward, which can actually make a huge difference.

2. Temporal augmentation (implant) or reduction (temporalis muscle botox) to get the temple in line with the zygos.

3. V-line surgery, masseter reduction, or wraparound jaw implant to create a more pointed shape. Focus on eliminating roundness and not over-masculinizing the jaw (which many people do with jaw implants).

Notice the change in the face shape of the morph below when combining all three:
The maximum outer line deviates from the original one by only 1-3 mm in all locations. This can also help asymmetry by narrowing one side and widening the other. I covered up the features, but the harmony is a lot better. The home plate shape makes all features look more proportionate.
