I haven’t heard many people talking about this, but it’s an pretty effective method and it helped me a lot.
It’s theoretically not hard, but you have to have the mental capacity to do it.
I’m talking about eating really bad before you try to lose weight. Eat so unhealthy that you’ll be sick and bloated. After that you’ll feel awful and you hit rock bottom.
You subconsciously want to eat healthy after that and want to avoid processed foods and unhealthy foods in general.
This will give you a natural motivation boost for the upcoming weeks.
If you ever feel an urge you can look back at the time you stuffed yourself and it will slap you awake.
