I’m 5'10 (178 cm), around 140 lbs (63 kg), and cant fill out my frame much. I have a decent amount of lean muscle and I train, but whenever I wear normal shirts I look morbidly skinny like I don't even train, and everybody calls me skinny

Here’s my physique from a few angles, relaxed/no pump/wearing a normal shirt etc

I eat mostly animal whole foods almost no carbs and high protein w fruits, a mix of a paleo diet/keto.

or

DNR just hop on steroids :lul:

appreciate any advice, I've never tried peptides yet or roids

Bulking with a ketogenic diet is suboptimal. Here is why:

• Carbohydrates are protein sparing. Your body will use carbohydrates for energy instead of using proteins.

• Carbohydrates promote hormonal responses. Insulin is anabolic.

• Carbohydrates are less likely to be stored as fat in a surplus. Fat in a surplus mostly gets stored directly as fat. Carbohydrates have a better nutrient partitioning pathway.

• Carbohydrates are an easier source of energy for your body if timed correctly.

Start eating carbohydrates if you want the best results from your surplus.

I've gotten red stretch marks all over my body whenever I bulked a little so I feel like I gain muscle really fast, If I feel stuck in my weight though I might
