Undetectable insoles

I think I remember seeing some video I think pursingparadise made on tiktok of soles that were undetectable that he deleted. Does anyone remember this or know of a similar method

I'm suprised not that many people use this method, i came up with it without help and was suprised nobody ever talked about it but i think it may have to do with the shoes themselves, the one i use i realized was unreasonably big so it fit like 3 soles in it and another 2 that make it feel somewhat uncomfortable but still ok but some of my other more normal shoes could probably not take half of them

silicone socks that go under your actual socks and you can even take off shoes

Will it really do much tho, if it's foam then your bodyweight will compress it. Even with 3 extra insoles I can't see that being more than an inch.

1. It hasn’t compressed at all
2. I use 5 not 3
3. Implying that an extra inch along with the other inch the shoe gives you isn’t that much is stupid
