Uneven eye area

I never really noticed it but I was really looking at myself today and I realized my eyes hav different shapes. My right eye area is very different to my left. Anyone know why this could be and what I can do to fix it?

what do you mean by different? Try describing it more. If one eye seems smaller than the other it may be a lazy eye or ptosis, try doing some exercises.

I lowk think I might have a lazy eye cos one eye is locked in and the other looks stupid
