Uneven eyes fix

I have attached a full picture of my face (don't mind the bruises), how can I fix my uneven eyes without intrusive procedures like surgery? I suspect ptosis or simply excess eyelid fat or skin, how can I lose this excess fat? Will getting lean help?please I need help on this I look terrible

Only softmaxx that's possible is using volufiline on your upper eyelid to hide the exposed lid.

Facial massages MAY work after a few months--Don't rely on it to revert your asymmetry though.

try upper eyelid pulling (only for the weak eylid eye) and also squinting can help

I have the same shit no UUE on left eye but a lot on right eye. I have very long eyelashes too and on my right eye they're straighter while on my left they're more curled
