Idek how this is possible but my rami are not an equal length, the one in the right is taller than the one on the left which is weird considering my right side is my droppy side the causes my asymmetry, and a reason my bite is uneven. if u know anyone to fix the bullshit please let me.

Scholiosis can be the cause, or condylar resorption on one side. Maybe masseters strength if not bone problem as I mentioned above. Can only be fixed with implant or some weird cut bsso, that no one really does. I have it aswell btw

Chewing on one side for extended periods of time (like a year or more) might help in balancing out muscle activation and cause bone remodelling to make the bones less assymetrical but that's not guaranteed to work and requires steadfast, other optn is surgery which idrk about

That’s what I’m currently doing actually, I’m chewing only on my left side because I chewed on my right most of my life idk if it’s gonna work tho hopefully it foxes it a bit

could also be from sleeping on your right side since childhood
No, I have the exact same problem which makes my bite have occlusal cant too, op your teeth doesnt have an alingment or asymmetry problem, what you describe is occlusal cant which is caused by your sphenoid bone aiming more to the right side, if you also have scoliosis sphenoid bone is the same reason you have scoliosis too, only fix after 17 is through Lefort 1 Impaction on upper maxilla + BSSO movement for your ramus. If facial asymmetry is not too disgusting then orthodontic treatment is way to address your bite problem which includes braces and some other things. If you guys want more information I can make a huge thread about it with pictures.

Yes because it's more and more common to have shit posture which is the main cause to sphenoid assymetry he is talking about because its connected with the back spine. Over
