Uneven UEE

I have a problem.

My left eye has more more UEE than my right.

My left eye always had more UEE than my right but not at the extent it is right now

For some reason it got worse a few days back when I woke up ( I remember putting repair balm near my eye lids the night before )

I've noticed that there is also so much more creasing on my left eye lid and its prolly causing the problem but idk

It goes away if I visibly try squinting or by pulling my eye lid down but it goes back up if I dont hold it down

So how do I fix it or atleast mitigate the severity

but it isnt going away?? i havent done that in almost a week tho. is there not a fix to this?
