The law of functional adaptation
The body adapts to conditions in order to optimize function in those conditions. The classic example is muscle hypertrophy. Only strong and enduring muscles can function well in highly demanding conditions. Recession is an adaptation to mouth breathing and poor posture, and the body prioritizes function over esthetics. Like muscle hypertrophy, we can hack the body’s ability to adapt functionally for esthetic gains.

Chintucking
Chintucking can utilize the law of functional adaptation. When I say chintucking, I mean chintucking as extreme as possible while sleeping. This extreme position, especially in recessed human, puts a lot of pressure on the throat and face. This pressure would over time be physically damaging and may impair breathing. Therefore, the body will adapt to this in order to promote survival. Not all adaptations will be esthetically noticable. But over time the face will move forward relative to the spine.

Permajutting
Jutting can be used for forward growth of maxilla. I mean jutting as far as possible. Slight jutting will not work as well. Jutting puts pressure on the last upper molars (2nd or 3rd depending on if u have wisdom teeth). This will pressure the upper palate to shift forward. I used this method while my upper wisdom teeth were erupting, and saw for myself that they pushed whole palate forward. Using towelpulling, which physically pulls the palate forward, would synergize with jutting for forward growth. U can think of it as jutting permitting the forward growth and towelpulling mediating it.

Additionally, jutting lowers brow ridge. The temporalis connects the mandible to the frontal and parietal bones. When u jut, the attachment point of the temporalis will be moved forward. This will cause tension of the temporalis. Adaptation must take place to compensate. Logically, there are three adaptations to happen. The temporalis will elongate, the attachment point on the mandible will move backward, and the attachment point on the braincase will move forward.
A combination of these factors would logically occur because it would be the most convenient and balanced adaptation.

The key here is that some of the advancement of the attachment point on the braincase will translate to the frontal bone shifting forward and down. Thus, a lower set brow ridge. If you observe people with underbites, their brow ridge is usually lower set than people with overbites.

The role of neuronal modulation of skull shape
The nervous system is associated with your thinking. Yet, most of it is not consciously understood in terms of thoughts. Consider how chewing hard foods promotes compact and wide midface. Is this due to the physical force molding the bones into shape? Yes, partly – but there's more to the story.

Chewing hard foods causes a nervous sensation at the roots of the teeth. This sends neuronal signals to the subconscious brain, which then processes them subconsciously and co-ordinates the proper physiological response – a wide and compact midface designed to withstand hard chewing.

The takeaway: Consciously focusing awareness on the sensations during chewing/clenching/facepulling reinforces the neuronal signalling, allowing for more gains with less physical effort.

The role of the subconscious mind
Visualizing favorable outcomes is instinctual behavior, and all instinctual behaviours have a purpose. Although an oversimplication, the subconscious mind has been said to have evolved before language, and therefore speaks the language of images.

Subconscious programming will synergize with neuronal modulation of skull shape. The subconscious mind is most reprogrammable during SATS (state akin to sleep, the period between wakefulness and sleep), the moment of orgasm, after physical exhaustion, and during other periods of altered consciousness.

Imagefrauding, and why it is a good thing for looksmaxxers
Most photos that most people take make them appear worse than IRL. There are actually many kinds of distortion, and although an improvement, taking mirror photos or being 6 feet away from the camera does not remove all distortions. It is technologically feasible to create phones that adjust for neglible distortion, yet the jews choose to let the goyim see themselves as a distorted version of their physical selves.

The reason is that seeing yourself in images profoundly affects your internal, subconscious self-image. The Law of Assumption acts on this to exert varying effects: seeing urself as subhuman will make you subtly more subhuman over time, and seeing urself as more attractive will subtly make u more attractive over time.

Imagefrauding is a secret that models use to enhance their actual appearance. Only take good pictures of yourself. After seeing only the best images of yourself, u will subconsciously and eventually consciously realize a more attractive version of yourself in the future.

The overall best facepulling method

Clenching is the overall best facepulling method because it is relatively low-effort. Therefore, the reward to effort ratio is greater, which is what matters most in practical terms of actual future results.

  • Clenching does not require the use of hands like towelpulling or thumbpulling. It does not require any sort of gum or chewing device, apart from a peice of cloth, preferably a soft and fine-stranded cotton shirt.
  • The more you clench, the more force your masseters can exert and the longer they can exert force.
  • Clenching is softer on the teeth than methods like towelpulling

Final notes
I would reccommend using most of ur effort on clenching. I clench for 10-30 hours a week, the simple rule is more -> better as long as ur below the threshold of accumulating muscle or tooth damage. The pain (neuronal signalling) is actually a good thing because it signals minor damage, which necessitates adaptation for survival optimization. Towelpulling is good as well because it simulates ripping meat, which was a natural activity for our ancient ancestors. Chintucking and jutting in sleep is low-effort once it becomes habit, although I just to the chintucking and jut transiently throughout the day. If I get lefort 1 surgery, I can use the opportunity to permajut for brow ridge gains without messing up my bite. Being mindful of the subconscious mind is the lowest effort method and doesn’t feel like work; in fact it should improve motivation.

You seem high IQ. Do you think it's worth fixing posture with PRI techniques to improve the results? Posture is extremely important

it expanded my gonions. the masseters only want to get so large before the gonions adapt to increase the mechanical advantage and spread out the physical strain on the bones and muscles.

yes posture should be a priority. its hard to fix true posture (the way bones and connect tissues fit together) but good postural habits are water, and will slowly fix true posture

I read somewhere from a high IQ user that exercises don't work for improving posture. It all comes down to the feet and wearing shoes is unnatural for our posture. Currently I'm following Neal Hallinan and Connor Harris on Youtube. I will cope a bit with exercises and calisthenics before getting into PRI

just because exercises have been demonstrated not to "work" doesnt mean they cant. yes barefoot is a huge posturemax

Yeah I'll do them. I need to incorporate barefoot jumping and walking. Breathing is important aswell. Fuck this shit modern world it's so unnatural for us

also do you think it's beneficial to remove tongue tie ( I have a mild posterior tongue tie which I think affects me)?

do you cleanch with all teeth the hole palate or only molars?

mostly molars but i dont avoid using anterior teeth some, which comes naturally with clenching on a towel. do what works for u unless u have reason to try otherwise.

probably most natural way to work anterior teeth is towelpulling (imitating meatpulling)

remove braces if ur serious, maybe so but the braces will impair the natural process of adaptation

I cannot get them out because then I need to pay the money of them if i quit the process. Should I still do it? Would the results be just slower or shouldnt I try it at all?

Doesnt clenching cause recession because of tight masseters? also does jutting all the time do fuck my bite up?

clenching does not cause recession, i assure u this. ive clneched probably more than any1 else on this forum. i am referring to clneching on a shirt or other cloth.

jutting wont fuck up ur bite unless u really took it to the extreme and the jaw got stuck inn the new position. unlikely to happen and easy to notice it happening.
