This is basically an ED guide but it works

1.) If you exceed your daily foid, go on a walk. Walk until u have 50-100cal left, go to step 3.
2). No time? Stairmaster is the king.

3.)If you have 50-100cal left 4 le day but are still hungry, have an enery drink and 10-20 pieces of sugar free gum for dinner.
4.) IF YOU have no calories left, but need like 50 grams extra protein, do step 1, than eat a can of tuna.

5.) Laxative's a good way to calm your gulit after binging, but it doesnt really work.

6.)Throwing up is effective, but i wouldn't recommend ot since ull get hugry afterwards

7.)If you eat sweets, do it for breakfast.

8.)Apricots and berries are very filling, sweet and calorie poor.

9.)Masturbating burns 3-5 calories.

10.) Dont buy anything u can eat in one go like 500g Nutella saying urself ull use this wisely

11.)Dont cut out carbohydrates, it kills your power and u can suck in gym now so nono

12.)Cutting your food into small pieces lets u enjoy it longer.

13.)Wear revealing clothes like tank tops so u feel shame for being fat all the time

starving is unfortunately law but reta is king at the end of the day

just dont eat and man it out or whatever you say
