Uni is making me fat a fast rate

Can’t meal prep anymore, can’t cook healthy meals and I can’t be 100% carnivore like it’s impossible.

I always eat slop everytime I have uni. I go 3 days a week so that’s 3 takeaways a week
I mean I just had a whole 9” inch pizza, burger and fries with 2 pieces of chicken. Yes I fucking ate it all… Carbs carbs carbs

I wish I can go back to my leanest which was a year ago during summer at around 12% bf.
