Maybe the US will become something like The Walking Dead but it'll survive still, south America will probably go extinct as well, with a massive elderly population.

Most of Asia extinct, Europe extinct and Africa will go on. Muslim countries will probably survive

Yeah it's hard to predict things cause we're approaching the endgame for the NWO so anything could happen. But I think ultimately most of the world is screwed with the exception of China and Russia, who will probably fight over what's left and one of them will become the new superpower, starting a new chapter in human history. But who knows maybe the Singularity will happen before them, we discover aliens or something else crazy happens.
