is dreams. i dont get how its so normalized that shit is not normal, we dont know what they mean and why they happen. also i think my dreams are a predictor of schizophrenia or psychosis in the future because theres no way healthy people experience this

My dreams have gotten better even if my overall mental state hasn’t.

i have less nightmares as an adult than i used to but now theyre just sad. its never happy

I’ve never had a genuinely happy dream that I remember, maybe neutral at best.

Dreams are special. Everything that happens in your dreams is a materialization of the subconscious.

Did you ever lucid dream?
only once but sadly didnt last long. most of my dreams are nightmares because i have no control over whats happening in them

Yeah that happens when you have a weak third eye energy. If you keep your third eye energy high, you will be able to easily go in and out of lucid dreaming.
