Shall I go to university accommodation or my grandparents house for university

Free food
But strict af
Probably can't pin shit while im with them
They'll kick me out if they find needles and shit

oh lord, i thought student housing was expensive where i live. i had a studio (private kitchen, private bathroom, washing machine) with my own entry in a house with no other students for 600 euros a month

i can only speak for where i studied: brussels, belgium. generally speaking it's like 400-500/month for a student room and 700-800 for a studio. most people i know don't rent dorms from the school (they're usually very social, i prefer to have some rest at home). there's quite some websites to find student accomodation on the "private" market or even facebook (but watch out for scammers). some class mates also move in together in an apartment which cuts rent down to 300-400 a person

i get communal kitchen but private bathroom and its shared with 5-8 others lmao its like £180 a week
