Unknown method for fat noses?

I did sum research on how to shrink fat noses and I found sum methods that actually work like low dosis accutane and I also saw smt called CO2 laser wich promises to make a fat nose more defined since it makes the skin regenerate closer to the cartilage, I am not an expert so if anyone has done this or has a better idea lmk

U can try hydrocortisone, theres also a thread to it but only if its a soft tissue issue

It can permanently thin your skin (I think I personally haven't done it)
