we should start marking all the other spots (for non-disabled people) by writing "non-disabled only!" and leave those for actual cripples unmarked

it would send a strong message

In my country, some cities are so crowded that many people have started bribing doctor to get disability permits so they can park anywhere. You mostly see luxury and sports car on the disabled parking spaces, the real disabled people are usually too poor to afford even a cheap car.
