Unsure if I should go LL or jaw surgery?

Currently a hltn and thinking about taking a loan out to ascend. Deciding if I should use it for Trimax implants rhino and canthoplasty or get LL and try to get tall af? What would u guys do? I’m 5’10 22 years old. I have the credit to get the loans and have no problem going in debt to ascend (this isn’t larp or anything either)
