For a background I’ve had acne since 8th now I’m a senior in highschool. Been on accutane, clyndamycin, tret, etc etc nothing helps makes me want to rope any recs??
Also low bf%, good diet and getting full hormone panel to see if I’m lacking something or producing too much of sum

consistently run 80mg once a day or 40mg twice a day until u only have scarring left then do microneedling from a dermatologist or other specialised treatments for scarring, take tudca and NAC for your liver health

u might also have to do something more extreme like minocycline, taz at night and cindamycin in the morning for 2 months to reduce inflamatory acne and then switch back over to accutane to control oil production and then do a medical treatment like laser or microneedling for scars followed up with low conc vitamin a derived retinoids to completely get rid of scarring post acne
