unusual bonesmash pain

bonesmashing has been a lot more painful this weekend than ever before. specifically zygos, jaw and chin are unusually painful (probably because i hit those the most). i know that its not a mineral/vitamin deficiency because i take iron, calcium, zinc, d3 and magnesium every day. does this just mean that i am hitting hard enough or is there an actual issue? also how long should i wait between bonesmash sessions?

3 days. also your not hitting hard enough to where it bleeds and swells. ur prob just hitting nerves and bruising

swelling is enough. rest for a week. you are doing it too much it doesnt have time to heal
