This is an update to my previous thread

Its has been exactly 3 weeks since i started this diet (5.11.2024) and these are things i noticed
My diet :
1. Meat
2. Organs (liver and kidneys)
3. Fruits
Honestly i haven't seen any improvements in my skin i still get new inflamed pimples almost every day and its so tiring but i have noticed that my jaw has improved because i need to chew my food hard since its meat and organs
I don't know if im just coping with this but i will do it at least for a month to see if it gets better if not i don't know what to do
Any advice would be appreciated!
