Update: Furosemide

I’ve decided after posting my last thread just on any tips about people who have taken furosemide that I will do my test this Saturday.

I’m going to start on a small dose (40mg) and then see what it does to me. I will then post a guide on it that’s a full guide. Most guides are from 2022-2023 so I will give a more accurate and relevant one. I will up the dosage to 80-120 mg if all goes well.

Plan:

Friday I will be working out / fasting. 1 hour of cardio and doing some muscle training. I want to fast so that all my sodium levels are very low. On Saturday I will do a small run. This is how I normally debloat a fasting day and a run. I want to see how the furosemide will add to this. I am currently 8% BF for anyone wondering.
