It's hard to to judge without a before picture, but you look a little strange and dollish. In the 2nd picture, the almost complete lack of eyebrows looks very weird. I guess the nose is also a little long.

Looks good but your midface ratio does indeed failo you hard. High tier normie to above average 7/10-6/10 but either way the surgery was probably very much needed although i would need before picture. Wear realistic hazel eye contacts, train your neck since it's comically thin and gymcel with a cycle of roids (depending on your hair genetics but just a small cycle enough to reach your body goals).

It looks like you have a problem with your mouth as it's very assymetrical in one of the pics, everything else is good

mouth/nose ratio is 1,47.
if you have a wide mouth, jaw implants doesn't look "bloated" somehow. one of the crucial parts must looked up before having a robust lower third.
