I meant he wasn't even lean before. Like getting jaw surgery before getting lean and seeing what your bone structure actually looks like is crazy.

Tbh the bimax had the effect it is supposed to, lip assessments and chin looks better, philtrum and maxilla area looks less flat. But obviously he had no chance of ascending with bimax. I don't think there was much wrong done in the surgery, the mistake was going for it in the first place.

Yea I mean, at least personally I have viewed looksmaxxing as a defensive rather than offensive strategy. You should be trying to fix every weak point and then get out, not trying to create strong points out of thin air. I think people who don't think like this are at risk of being botch cases.

I've seen so many people who have already had surgery undergo more aggressive implants or even osteotomies like LF2 and LF3 with Giant, and then face the consequences. They will never be happy, because it just isn't possible to become Chad.

Do things the right way once, then forget about it and live your life. The key phrase is the right way. I think you can definitely work with a competent maxillofacial surgeon who is aesthetics focussed and they can figure out the best movements for you. But almost nobody seems to understand how to do implants the right way. Eppley keeps doing the same bullshit, Giant seems to be experimenting on his lab rats as he slowly gets better and better. Maybe I will give it a shot lol.

I thought he needed way bigger movements, for both maxilla and mandible, from the side you basically can't even see the difference

i agree with infras and buccal fat removal (but partial one)

And definitely something for the lips

give him more maxilla and he will be a chimp. He wasnt a obvious bimax case. His jaw is strong, his maxilla isnt lacking projection but probably width and mass towards the eyes. And lip widening doesnt really exsist

I think most people are just very bad in their own judgement in how they look and ehat they should focus on. Most people need someone to tell them the highest roi. But often they wont listen. And its true for myself and i have seen it in most others aswell. It doesnt mean you cant spot the failos but the surgery plans often sucks in roi because the focus is on a specific thing that isnt really the problem. This guy forgot that soft tissue exsisted but looked at the ct scan
