This is just a little 'journal' update for my last post.
So after my rant in that last post, I had a few people get in contact with me. Luckily enough they gave me good advice, I'm slowly getting into a routine; wake up, go for walk, have a shower, eat something healthy for breakfast, and then get on with my day. I do have to thank @CopingGymcelTrajan @dancooper and @boriznbrem for their advice and help.
But I thought I'd just document this, might do an update in the replies at the end of today on my fitness, I still have training at 6:30pm. Also, any advice you guys may want to give, I'll happily take it.
Walk - 3.77 km, 45 minutes.
Shower - 30 minutes, face wash, blackhead cleanser, shampoo, body wash, rinse.
Eat - Simple food; banana, salad, sandwich with brown bread.
Going to need a gym routine however, but I'll cross that path when I get to it.
tl;dr - ranted on my last post, had advice from members of the community, getting into a routine, any advice you guys have would be great.
