Why taking the risk of taking 1,5 g of calcium, also why do u think that u need all of this to grow bones ?

Do u have countermeasures for the systemic inflammation caused by the stack especially long term ? U should take this always if u want to preserve the potential gains while mitigating the risks for organs at the same time and keep inflammation in check, otherwise u will stunt all ur gains and it will be not viable compared to a more sustainable long term low risk protocol where the effects would take time to show up with consistency but that will be secured by the safety of the protocol long term

Im hoping bpc 157, ghk-cu, NAC and clean, nutricious diet should suffice.

But maybe I should add kpv and tudca. Not sure though and tudca is expensive as fuck to stay on perma

Ideally nutrition, but supplementation will suffice if spread throughout the day.

Idk if its actually all that important for bone growth, but it would be tragic to put all the effort in to chemicals and then fall short in dirt cheap supplementation

Nah its a essential mineral for bone reperation and growth lol ofc paired with k2 so itll even go towards the bone but the rest ion rlly got knowledge on peptides:feelswah:

this is kinda dumb , a lot of people have recessed faces and not exactly bonemass issues this can be counter intuitive since the maxilla might get too rigid and u will be forced to live with a recessed ogre like face (if this works at all lol) fix the recession first then think about adding mass if u don't fix the recession ur trolling ur self

Hgh is obvious

Nandrolone is the superior to testosterone and its downstream metabolites while remaining completely hairsafe. No brainer to keep in the stack

T3 causes increased bone turnover. Roughly 2x in the cortical bone at dosages of 75-100 mg with the caveat of increased osteoclast activity infact possibly leading to boneloss.

Alendronate completely mitigates this issue by effectively arresting osteoclast activity to near 100% leaving us with only the upregulated osteoblast activity from T3
Downside of this is that it makes
remodeling essentially impossible. But with that said, remodeling is cope either way so might aswell rip the bandade off and give up on that fairy tale either way

E2 is changed to 0.5mg ED given that estradiol increase tracebular bone formation (bonemarrow) while inhibiting cortical and periosteal formation which is completely counter productive.
The estrogen is kept because its very vital for proper bodily function and nondrolone lacks substrate for aromatase meaning it doesnt convert to estrogen
